Unlike routine courier companies who offer service of process as an extra service, we specialize in this area, this is all we do day in and day out. We notice the details and inaccuracies not noticed by routine couriers who are not familiar with all of the different types of legal process.

Our staff knows the difference for handling eviction matters in Hennepin County versus Ramsey County, the witness fee amount needed for Federal Subpoenas versus State Subpoenas, when the fee is needed and when it is not, the difference between serving an individual at their home versus place of employment.

Routine couriers who see a legal service once in awhile are less likely to know all of the rules associated with the service requested versus a specialized server who handles the same type of document over and over again on a daily basis.

WHEN IT REALLY COUNTS

From time to time you may have a service come up that needs to be completed that same day, or filed, or both.

Pro Legal understands the need for an immediate on call service that will thoroughly understand the request and be well staffed at the same time to handle any late day emergencies that arise.

We routinely effect service and filing at the last possible moment at the end of the day when it absolutely needs to be completed.

WHEN THEY CANNOT BE FOUND OR ARE AVOIDING

We often hear stories from our clients about  servers they have used in the past who simply make an attempt or two at the address given to them, cannot get an answer, and then just return the service without any further assistance.

Every service we handle that cannot be completed after two attempts is immediately turned back into our office for review.

At this point you are contacted and all options are discussed, have they moved, are they avoiding, is it worth further investment, will it require a stakeout, should we get the sheriff involved, etc.

Our main goal is the completion of your service, a lot of service requires more than a simple knock at the door. We know the tricks and have a lot of experience with hard to serve cases.
